My stay at the hotel was fabulous! The rooms were modern, comfortable, and luxurious, perfect for an unforgettable Bridal Suite experience before my Hawaii Honeymoon. The service was exceptional, with helpful and kind staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The location right at Dallas airport terminal D was fantastic for our early morning flight. The dining was top-notch, one of the best I've had in an American chain hotel.

Staying at the hotel was like a dream come true for our kids. The rooms were more than glamorous enough for a Bridal Suite, making our Hawaii Honeymoon a fun and relaxed walk to the terminal rather than a cross-town drive. Although a little too big for one person for one night, the great views of the airport added to the experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this hotel. They were clean and very comfortable, exceeding my initial expectations with all the contemporary comforts available. However, there were still minor issues with being charged incorrectly on my card. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, from the concierge to the swift room service. The location is what truly stood out for me; being on the airport grounds made catching my early morning flight incredibly convenient. On the downside, there could be a more comfortable waiting area without the need to be in a noisy bar. The dining experience offered a variety of Mexican dishes but was a bit rough, especially considering the pricing. Despite these small drawbacks, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect respite from the airport's hustle and bustle.

The service went above and beyond each request, and the location was ideal for our travel plans, being right next to the airport and very quiet. The dining experience was one of the best I have had in an American chain hotel, and the rooms were equipped with contemporary comforts, although I wished there would have been a couch for my daughter to sleep on instead of the chaise lounge.
